Controller Confusion... Help Me Decide

I've got a pair of 6095's that I just want to have alternate between say 40% and 100%, opposing each other in about 10 second intervals... I can't seem to figure out which controller I should get without overbuying, help?

Example: A@40%/B@100% for 10 seconds, switch to A@100%/B@40% for 10 seconds, back to A@40%/B@100% for 10 seconds, etc.

The 7092 would let you pulse both pumps between 40 and 100% every 2-10 seconds and you could set them inverse so one is at 40% when the other is at 100%. The 7096 would add the ability to pulse one and then pulse the other independently (one off and one on) and to set one at 40-100 and the other at say 30-80.

Thanks Roger, I thought the 7092 might fit my needs, but wasn't 100% sure.
