Does the 6000 come with and without a controller? and are they different models as in one made for being controled by controller and the other one not?

They do not come with a controller, you can adjust the speed but nothing more, the 7091 single controller lets you pulse one pump and gives basic functions like food timer. The 7095 lets you coordinate multiple pumps. Their is only one 6000 and they can all be controlled.
