Is it posible to controll 6000 or 6100 from a iks simmod?

Yes this can be done, you need a connecting cable that has a zener diode to limit the voltage supplied to the Tunze electronics.

Best bet is to mail IKS directly they can supply further details, they should also be able to help with the leads required.

IKS is a German company that makes some high end computer controls for aquaria. I think they may be available in North America now but I haven't really seen them anywhere.

I got mail from Iks and it says:

You can connect the Turbelle pumps to the Simmod as follows:
DIN-jack Pin 2 to minus of the Simmod
DIN-jack Pin 3 to plus of the Simmod

or i can buy a cabel from IKS if i want to

Buy the cable from IKS, there is also a zener diode in the plug.

I bought 4 cables from IKS and payd $ 15 to Norway.:thumbsup:
