Convict Gobies breeding

I have a pair of convict gobies that had approximately 150 little ones. I was not sure how soon to get them out of the main tank, so they became food for the rest of the tank.

At what size should the gobies be removed so that they will survive on their own?

Unless your feeding the display tank w/ microfoods, you'll want to remove the fry asap.
I assume you'll want o try and raise these?
