The skimmmer had lost its power and I could not figure it out. I thought the pump was going bad but that was not it. I took apart the plummbing (ETSS REEF DEVIL) and cleaned every thing out and I went to replace all fittings and noticed a cracked fitting. So there was too much air escaping from the cracked fitting and thats what caused the no real power issue.
