My nanocubehas 24w x 2 110v for lighting, and there are 2 fans cooling the lights. And i have my heater set to 76F, but my thermometer says its 83F :eek2: So i thought that a fan would help cool down the water. But...i dont know where or how to wire these fans( what equiment to get and stuff) I have a regular computer fan, that i was thinking of making into a fan for my tank, but i dont know how to wire it. Anyone has experience in this? that could help me :D

same as mine

Just wire it to a 12 volt DC power adaptor. If the fan spinns the wrong way, switch your wires around. Simple as can be.

Well ok right now...I have a AC/DC Adaptor...Input:120vac 60hz
Output: 6vdc 450mA

I have a computer fan DC 12v .25A

You know, I was browsing the fostersmith catalog earlier today and I saw something that looked kinda neat:

Azoo cooling fans

Designed to be easily mounted in a sump/wherever. Decent CFM, as well. Looks to be pretty handy; I may pick up a couple and try them out.

FWIW, the usual disclaimers apply.
