copepod cultivation

ive been doing a bit of at home cultivation for my mandarins as I have 3 in a 200gallon, they have tried breeding twice before anyway im getting off track, I have collected plenty from the ocean to try and speed up the process a bit and to maintain diversity I have collected different sorts from different areas my first question is can these copepods crossbreed if kept in the same cultures to maintain diversity and also I have found several hitchhiking pods one looked like a translucent glowing slug about 3mm big , one looks like a small fish fry and another look like "flying" copepods in the sense they look like they have wings can anyone help me id these by description probably not the fish though. I will try take a few photos but it will be hard because most are microscopic

I think those might be flatworms, or amphipods.

The one that looks like fish fry might be Mysis. I grow pods and the Mysis looks like fish fry to me.

i dont think their flatworms, anyway anything else i put in the culture has died out apart from most of the copepods, its pretty cool but some are blue and red, anyway can i put these in the display without them causing damage or raising the nutrient level?

Get yourself a fine micron plankton strainer, and strain it through mesh.
