Copepod-Phyto-Rotifer cultures?

Im currently culturing copepods (started with 1/2 botle of Tiger Pods) and am getting cultures of Phyto and Rots this week. Does anyone else culture any foods? If all goes well i hope to be able to sell/trade with people in the club as well as feed my tanks

How is the copepod culture going? I was thinking of picking up a bottle myself and giving it a shot.

its not that bad
i am culturing rots and phyto for breeding clown fry been going for a few weeks now and as long as you keep constant and keep cross contanimation to 0 then its not too bad.

i got my phyto cultures from atlantis where did you get yours chris?

Have you raised clown fry before? I have been looking for a mated pair but no luck locally.

Keith i got mine via ebay. Should be here tommorrow Im hoping my Black Osc breed down the line. I lost my breeding pair of hybrids Lost the 4 offsping i had kept too

got 2 pair of wc solomon true percs hopefully they start spawning again i hope and im gonna get 2 more

culturing the phyto was fun a little difficult at first as i kept getting ROTS in the phyto and at 1 point i had 3 rot cultures and 1 phyto

one thing you guys have to do is make sure they stay seperate.
other than that its not too terrible

hmmmm, good beer? hey Bill, you know anyone who can set me up with some good beer???

You can use an empty 2 litter bottle or anything else thats clear. 5 gallon tank etc.
