I usually dose my 5.5 gal copepod aquarium with the recomended amount of microalgae. However, I just finished reading the advanced aquarists article and have a couple of questions. First I would like to know if there is a limit on the amount of algae one can just dump in an aquarium. The author seems to state an indefinite amount. Secondly has any one reasearched how much ammonia, nitrite,... etc. copepods can actually withstand.
