Copepods-Where to buy?

Where is a good reputable place to purchase copepods online. I want to build a population in my new tank refugium.

If you get a good ball of cheato they should be all over it. Then just put it in your fuge and you will have a ton in no time.

Check out marine_breeder123 on Ebay. Usually has auctions going for good count Tigriopus species bottles for $10 each. I recently picked up 3 bottles from this seller and was impressed with the quantity and quality of the copepods.

Also Reed Mariculture sells these online, but you can usually find a LFS near you who carries their line and will have these in stock.

DT`s Live Marine Copepods are what I bought. I've got a lot of them in my aquafuge2 with chaeto.......

Where do you live Alan?? Post your location in your profile and you may be surprised to see more reefers in your area. Maybe someone in the area can give you some. I know I would!!

You take an ordinary sponge and slip it into your fuge. Wait a week or so and then bag it!! It should be crawling with pods. Otherwise, you can buy them. I got mine at Piece of the Reef.com
