Copperband Butterfly Red Gills.

I've had my Copperband coming up for a year and a half now, and about a month ago she started breathing heavier and at a faster rate, and the inside of the gills are red. I moved her to quarantine and have treated for flukes, and since that the breathing rate has slowed and has seemed to return to normal. I have also treated for bacterial infections twice. She is still eating fine, and seems fine, but I was worried that it could be something worse?

other fish in tank? are they acting the same? any external signs other than red gills. what are the prams of the tank? size of tank? how long has the tank been running?

The tank has been running for two and a half years now. The parameters of the tank are all ok, the Ammonia reading is zero, I tested it a few times to make sure. All the other fish in the tank are fine, showing no similar signs. The tank is 130 gallons.
