Copperband Butterfly

I recently aquired a CBB. When I got him he was clean I notice now that he has a few white puffy things on his tail fin and his dorsal fins. I am wondering if its fungal and the best way to treat. I cannot catch the little bugger, at the LFS it was a 15 min ordeal it self. He seems happy swims around, no signs of stress such as clamped fins, eats fine, very curious when i get glose, avoids the hand and net at all costs. And swims around picking at the rocks.

I was thinking maybe gettting a cleaner shrimp or neon goby. Since I dont want to dose the tank with copper.

Best pic i could take.

Looks like lymphosis (sp?) which is a virus, not a fungus. It is harmless and many times goes away on its own with pristeen water conditions.
