Copperband with Lymphocystis

My LFS gave me a free copperband butterflyfish yesterday because it has what seems to be Lymphocystis. I currently have him isolated in a 20-gal quarantine tank. I plan to do frequent water changes to keep the water quality very high. Other than that, is there anything I can do to help keep this fish healthy and not dead? Any advice would be appreciated, as this is my first time dealing with a sick fish.

Thanks in advance for your help!

daily waterchanges would be best if it is a uncycled hospital tank. a good antibiotic like kana-pro might not be a bad idea, but probably not necessary. an airstone or skimmer running to elevate 02 levels.
if it is lympho, it's basically a wart, and it will go away on it's own with good water conditions. keep him eating too.

+1 except the antibiotic..as will have no affect if it is truely lympho..pristine water quality, low stress and food is your best bet..

the antibiotic will do nothing for the lympho, i agree. however, in my experience the fish showing outward signs of lympho are very susceptible to bacterial infections, so i usually run it just as a precautionary measure.
