CopperSafe not being removed?

Has anyone had issues removing CopperSafe after treatment?

Started off at 2.0. Been running carbon in a reactor and 3 polyfilters to absorb for 48hours but copper still reading 2.0, double checked with multiple test kits.

I think your best bet would be to do a couple of large water changes.

I don't use copper of any kind so I can't speak specifically to Coppersafe, but like mentioned above I would do a few large water changes and retest and change out the carbon after
