coral beauty not right

My coral beauty seems to be having trouble swimming and keeps bumping into the glass. Also resting on the intake of the power heads. It's been in the tank for 2 months and has always been very active and healthy. No spots on the fish, white or black. All water parameters are good. Any ideas? This is my favorite fish.

Are his eyes clear? Is he still eating?

I had the same problem with mine. Couldnt do a dang thing and he died. Sorry.

Also, he seemed lively until he just stopped one day. Might be the food
