Coral Beauty spots

I'm concerned about my coral beauty. These spots appeared on it last week and they're growing. Any ideas?

Unfortunately the photo isn't clear enough to be sure of a diagnosis. It may help if you describe what you are seeing as best you can.
Can you give us some more information, such as:
How long have you had him?
Did he go through quarantine? If so, how long and what treatments did you use?
Have you recently added anything living to the tank?
Are any other fish showing disease symptoms of any kind?
Has anything died recently?
Please list your water parameters: salinity, temperature, ammonia, nitrates.
