coral beauty swimming behavior

My new coral beuty is swimming all over the tank but he is doing the weirdest thing.
He swims to the top stick his head out of the water and make bubbles with his fins.
Any idea why?

i've had mine for 7 months and never seen any behavior like that before. you got me.

Usually fish do that when they are gasping for air. How's everything else in the tank. What are the param's, other livestock, and I assume he was very healthy when you got him. (you saw him eat, etc....)

All params are where they should be now. He eats like a pig, colors are very bright. The tank is well oxyginated. I have 2 Maxijet 1200 powerheads on full, one at each end of the tank.
