hi i woke up this morning to find my coral beauty very dizzy and looking like this, anyone can help me

i thinks so, but to be honest yesterday i was out of my house all day

should i take him into a quarantine tank?

From the picture, my concern would be an ammonia burn. Fins look frayed, and it may just be me, but his gills look reddened.

Is the angel hanging at the top of the tank? I would check ammonia levels.
