Coral beauty

What is the life spand for a coral beauty in a tank? Has anyone had one for over 7 years?

My parents did. We wont talk about the tank params but it lived for a very long time. I think it was like 10 or so to be honest.

I had one for about 8 1/2 yrs in my last tank I gave him to a friend that had him for a little over 2 yrs and then one day he found him belly up, the one I have in my reef no I have had for 3 yrs, I have had one in every tank that I have had going back to 1987 great fish.

I have a coral beauty that is almost ten years old, or at least that's as long as I've had her. When I got her she was about two inches long, so couldn't have been too terribly old.
