also have red milli that is green on the tips

any ideas?

Browning is typically phophates. Although you're changing water regularily you may be producing more phosphate than you are removing. Get an accurate reading on your phosphate levels with a Hanna style checker. In the mean while do a very large water change.

I have rechecked my phosphates and they were .03
i don't think that is my problem
does uv radiation have any effects like this

Reason i say this is i have de bulbs and my glass broke(odyessy fixture go
figure) shortly after i got it, and have been doin fine for 2 months now
p.s. I have ordered the glass was hard to find and had to have glass shop make it
