Coral Census

I'm working on a coral lighting census. I need everyone who has the time to please help me out. What I need is for everyone to post the following:

Coral type
Lighting type
Lighting Wattage
Depth of Coral placement from the surface of the water

i have sps lps and softies under 3 250w metal halide 14ks from 5 to 30 inches under the surface, i think u should include how the corals are growing, i notice the sps get better color up higher and the softies are fine throughout with the exception of my toadstool that is not showin much growth or pe its about 21 inches below the surface

I have LPS: Red and Green Wellsophyllia (brain coral)- Middle, Frogspawn- Middle, Leather coral - Middle
Soft Corals: Zoanthids, Star Polyps, Mushrooms, Ricordia - Bottom
SPS: Montipora Capricornis- Middle/Top

Lighting: T5s: Geismann: 4 39 watt bulbs, 3 blues and 1 white
