Coral dip procedure

Just wondering what method people are using when dipping corals they have gotten from an unknown source, like a frag swap.

RO dip, Interceptor, SW with medicine. What additives are you using with salt or fresh water and how long do you dip?

I normally do a flatworm exit dip and depending on how much slime the coral has produced, an iodine dip per the instructions on the Lugol's bottle.

I just recently started doing a 3ml of Povidone/Iodine to 1 liter of SW for approximately 5 minutes, give or take, for my SPS, per a fellow reefer
