coral feeding what and how often?

I have an array of coral lps sps zoanthids. Lots of brains..

I target feed them brine photoplanton and krill mixed together. I do it once a week. I just wanted to see what everyone else is doing for the best growth...

Whole freeze dried Cyclop-eeze (for brains and LPS), and Eric Borneman's fish recipe for everything (http://www.reefchat.org/tabid/95/ct...6/Eric-Bornemans-Famous-Fish-Food-Recipe.aspx).

I feed 2 times per week (about 1 1/2 teaspoons of frozen DIY coral food).

Phytoplankton is pretty useless for your corals, although it does have an indirect benefit in that the pods on which your corals feed eat phyto.
