How to know if I should feed my corals or let them feed of tank.And what to feed. thanks

If your corals are photosynthetic, which they probably are, then you don't need to feed them since they'll do fine with light alone and it will keep your water cleaner. As far as what to feed them I'd recommend pellet food like FM LPS pellets since they're immensely cleaner for your water than frozen food, but either way I wouldn't feed until you have more hobby experience and a stable tank.
