Coral Feeding

I am wondering what and how often do you feed your LPS, SPS and soft corals?
I am feeding Kent Marine Zoomax three times a week and Combo Vital Black Powder on Fridays, I am contemplating the idea of changing but first would like to see what other reefers are doing.

I don't feed my SPS's but I feed my fish heavy and I have seen corals catching fish pup particles, I complement my LPS diet about ones a week with selcon marinated mysis shrimp.

I only have SPS and softies and I've never feed my corals.The softie tank is a bare bottom and I believe with the high flow on the bottom Im able to keep detritus and the usual marine snow suspended where the softies can catch food.The tank has been running for 2.5 years with great results.
