Coral growth

Am I getting good growth from my corals? I have been keeping corals less than a year and don't know what's normal. Also why has my green bird nest turned white?

Interesting. Looks like good growth to me as well. It might be coincidence of when you took the picture, but the most recent blue stag pic. doesn't seem to have much PE. Wondering if something is amiss somewhere with water params, or alk swings, or whatnot?

My flame hawk is treating the blue stag like his own personal amusement park, he keeps on perching all over in it, that's what's stopping the polyp extension. The odd thing is that the blue stag has grown the most after I got the hawk.

IMO that is pretty good growth. Most impressive to me is that you have only been keeping corals for about a year now and you get all that growth. Apparently you are doing something right. Some/alot of people don't dive into sps for a while and still have a hard time with it. You have obviously started out right and keep good maintenance schedules on your tank to be doing as well as you are with the sps.
