Coral growth!!!!!!

Stability is everything, it's 10x more important for sps than any other type of coral. Alk just needs to be above 7 and stable. Until you have a system worked out to keep water params stable don't even worry about "super foods" or any food for that matter.

Couldn't agree more. Wanna keep SPS, keep your parameters from swinging. Temp can swing a tad, but the other stuff needs to change slowly for the most part.
 
At first, nothing will happen, then after a couple weeks of stability, you'll see new growth....then SPS start to really take off. It just getting the SPS to start the growth that can be the hard part, I've always found that once they start, they tend to grow a lot faster after that point.
