coral help

does anyone know what a Yae Yae Euphyllia coral is? or do you know where i can find a pic of it. i ran a search and came up with nada. The only thing i know about it is that it is yellow and that it is in the same family as frogspawn, hammer, torch, grape corals. a pic would help alot. thanks

Sounds like some common asian name for torch or frogspawn.

i thought the same thing but yae yae was listed with the others as part of the family. not just a common name. thats why im looking for a pic.

Yae Yae doesn't sound latin to me either though. Where did you read about it.

yae yae would be it's common name just like hammer or frogspawn. the family was Euphyllia. i just could not find anything about it on the web. it was the part about it being yellow that's getting me. i have not ever seen a hammer or frogspawn or grape or torch that was yellow, white yes, yellow no. so if they list that they had all these Euphyllia corals and also list the yae yae then i assume that it is diff from the rest. i mean there could be yellows in all of these. just because i haven't seen them doesn't make them not there. it also list a orange hammer which i would love to see im thinking about getting them both. i just got to remember the link i was at.

Even they list the coral as yellow it is more tan than yellow. If you do a google yellow hammer you will pics of tan hammers.

i still can't remember where i found that link. still looking tho.
i did find some orange hammers with a search and they did just look brown.

I saw pics of an orange Aust. Torch around here somewhere. This link is a great reference and the Euphyllia yae....... is listed.

thanks. i like it. it looks like a tighter frogspawn with more white spots. i think ill get both the yae yae and the orange hammer.
