Coral ID and help please!

Can someone please ID this coral for me? Picked it up at my lfs, they called it a red torch. Doesn't really look like a torch to me though, what do you think?

I need to know what it is because it appears to be dying and I'm not sure why. I've got it in a low flow, moderate light area of my tank right now. Some of the tips are turning brown and one side of it appears to be deflating/decaying. Any ideas? Thanks!

Can you see a mouth? I want to say Hydnophora, but I think this is wrong. Maybe a slipper? Kind of a piece of the picture down below? I still think I'm off with this this ID too. (food for thought)

I'm not sure, it doesn't appear to have a mouth that I can see. Anyone else?
