Is it that lightly colored in person? It may be a bit bleached out.

I think it is a bleached pagota because the amount of pedals on the polips and the length they extend

Looks like a bleached Alveopora to me.

Bleached Goniopora sp. Alveopora have 12 tentacles/polyp, Goniopora have 24. Looks like it's in rough shape. I'd take a look at the article by Justin Credible from a month or two ago in Reefkeeping.
