Coral ID

I have a coral that I am having trouble identifying. Pictures below. To add some description, it is mostly brown with green tips that extend about 1mm above the surface. It is encrusting the rock it's attached to, and it seems to have no central mouth, nor can I identify individual polyps. The protruding tips will wave around some in the water current.

Any ideas?
