They are Zoanthids, yout can frag them and give them away or you can remove the rock.

It's a huge rock. How do u frag them

just cut them off the rock with a razor, unfortunately that is best done OUTSIDE the tank as they can release toxins and crash your tank if fragged inside the tank. also a good idea to wear gloves/safety glasses to keep them from squirting you in the eye or getting toxins in a cut on your hand..
