Nice looking corals Orbit, I can't help you with ID's but wanted to ask for a FTS . . . . things are looking good.

The first one is a zoanthid. There are names for certain color morphs but they're strictly for marketing purposes and have no taxonomic meaning.

Not sure on the second one.

Third one is a caulastrea. The polyps appear to be only partially open.

Looks like the fourth one is the mat of green star polyps. The polyps obviously aren't out but that's not unusual if they've recently been moved or disturbed. Give them some time.

okay thanks, yea i most of my coral are only partially open today due to moving rocks / creating sand storm, but it seem to be calming down and, so ill see if they are willing to open up tomorrow

and sprinj76, ill start my tank thread in the nano forum right now, been wanting to do that for a while but havent gotten to it lol

Nice sump and corals! Did you build that sump yourself? It looks great. How about some wider angle pictures of the tank?

Oh and you can pull that thing or leave it. It may grow, whatever it is, or if it doesn't the coral will overgrow it. The scroll and the candy cane require calcium.

McTeague: yea i build that sump myself with my spare 10G tank,

Misled: yea i know, ive been testing cal, alk , and mag. also dosing with cal and mag

o yea i just started my own tank thread in the nano reef forums, feel free to take a look and leave comments :), i will have tank pic up soon

so it its a turbinaria, according to live aquaria, it needs to be near the bottom or middle, i have it near the top  lol, guess i have to move it again tomorrow
