coral lighting question?

What is the difference between 22,000k and actinic lighting? Do corals utilize one of the spectrumes better then the other. Also, i keep reading different opinions on which spectrum of light corals use better for photosynthesis, blue high Kelvin or the other colors which make up a larger portion of the 10,000k range.

any thoughts?

The question doesn't really have a lot to do with my system, it's more of general question based on curiosity. I am just wondering if anyone out there knows if corals utilize 22,000k better or worse then actinic? I have read research arguing that corals utilize the blue spectrum better. I have also read that actinic lighting does not help with photosynthesis and it is more for aesthetics. I was hoping someone could provide and answer.
