coral reef farm

Wow, great selection on their great website...I'll have to get out there too. Have to be after I get that bonus from work though ;) . Otherwise I'll spend the inheritance I'm not getting!

actually for a puffer that size ... I looked around it's actually a great price. I asked them about goldie, they said they are just trying to find a good home for him. If goldie didn't each others I would buy him in a second, great personality.

I was there yesterday as well, but after work. The place was great and exactly how everyone described it, very clean etc. I too was temped to scratch goldie on the head when he stuck his face out of the water to get a better look at me.

I was there last weekend with my son and bought 4 bartlett anthias. I drove up from Miami and was glad I did. Really good people to talk to and great selections. I going up tommorrow again . It's quickly becoming one of my favorite stores. By the way, they also build custom starphire/low-iron tanks. I'm going to have one built in the near future and they're definitely on my list. They're also sponsors here to boot.

I think they should make "Goldie" the puffer the store mascot. Put him in ads and shows.

I hear by offer my vote to start the

"Goldie" The puffer

For store Mascot

Just got back from coral reef farm i gotta say that was a very nice experience. I rarely get to spend time asking questions but the guy that helped us out was very attentive, and knew me from on our forum. We picked up some nice zoo's and LR and ill prob be going back in the next couple days. Anyways very good prices and very helpful staff, A+++!

I hear they may be getting rid of him! :-( Yeah i am going back i forgot to get a piece i really wanted lol

I visited the shop on Saturday and was very pleased. I am new to FLand am just in the process of setting up my aquarium again and I would have to say that so far that is the best shop that I have been to by far. Jeff was knowledgable and very willing to take time talking about different things. The selection of sps is the best that I have found so far and the for the color and quality being offered so far the prices are by far the best. As was previously mentioned there was a great selection of rock at very competitive prices, I ended up picking up 100 lbs and will be getting the rest of my rock there in a couple of weeks. I guarantee I will be there more often than my budget can handle. Thanks for the heads up on this LFS.

really nice to hear about this place, i'll be there tomorrow. if not to buy anything but to just check out what they got and discuss reefing w/ the what sounds like really friendly and cool staff.

ya these guys knowledge is unreal They can tell you a corals or fish information in Latin and common name as well as colors habitat and correct care for them . You always hear a lot of us complain that LFS staff either don't know or give out Baloney info ,I have never seen that from them.

Only thing is that they get most of the items on Thurs and Friday so by late Sunday and early monday they are low on corals. It seems that some of you are hogging and buying all the nice pcs and not leaving any for others .

If you see them low just ask when they are getting their next shipment that's what I learnt, you won't be sorry.

I am going back today cuase i forgot something i REALLY want, so to all yall HANDS OFF THE ZOO'S till i get there! lol

LOL I wanted to pet em but he also has big teeth. I think it has almost become the shop dog because it has so much personality.

The live rock i got from coral reef farm is by far the best ive ever seen. I mean the rocks are packed with sponge, porites, even a couple orange shrooms and LPS polyps i'm just amazed at how every square inch is packed with life! I also got some excellent biege/ metallic green paly's i had to frag a couple heads off the colony to mount it so maybe ill bring some to the meeting!
