I'm going on vacation next month and was wondering if anyone has experienced the Coral Reef Restaurant at Disneyââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢s Epcot? Just curious if anyone thinks it's worth, or not worth it as I've heard mixed reviews.

i was there when i was a kid, my parents thought the food was pretty good, if you have kids they will love it, i remeber drinking shirley temple's eating fried shrimps and watching the fishes in that place. All while wearing one of those Goofy hats with the big floppy ears and the fold down teeth on the front of the bill

Great visual levon15! I do have a couple of youngsters that would enjoy the view. It should be worth the wait and it does sound better than standing in a line outside in the hot Florida sun. I'll make sure that the kids at least have Mickey ears on ;)

I'll be taking all kinds of pictures and will be sharing with everyone. I may even stop by the new World Aquarium down in Atlanta. I'm going to bring my laptop for extra pic storage!

Is this the tank that they let people SCUBA dive in? I've been thinking about doing that for a while now... As far as I know you have to already be a certified diver, and acording too most, you have to schedule pretty far in advance.

Yes you need to be certified to swim in the tank, I would suggest calling down there ASAP to find out details as I'm sure this is something that sells out fast. I just went to Epcot last year and have ate at the Living Seas in the past. As with everything in the park it is not cheap but I enjoyed the dinner. I do know that you will need to make reservations as soon as you get in the park to make sure you can eat there. Somewhere near the entrance is an area with TV screens that you use to make them. I would say do it but don't expect to much. I'll see if I can dig up some of my pictures from last year.

There are some neat shaped aquariums at the Rainforest cafe at Animal Kingdom. We ate there last summer. No real corals in them as the lighting wouldn't support them but some cool shaped columns and tubes.
