Are there any coral reef stores near Portland maine?

Good to hear from you Terry. You know A. Concepts in westbrook. There is Atlantis in So. Po., and Costal in Freeport.
Other stores further North as well. Aqua Corals in Fairfield, Golden Lamb, Bob's tropical... I'm sure I forgot some.

Bobs Tropical is now Sunrise Aquatics... and wha tused to be Hidden Reef is merging with a FW shop at Deer Run Mall or something like that... I cannot remember the name of the store

There is a place in Lewiston Auburn area that is talked about, but again, I cannot remember the name, I am sure it wil come up!

Auburn now has deep sea creations. It is a small store but he seems nice and will order anything for you. He has a website also www.deepseacreations.com

aquatic consepts in westbrook is my most recommened.Its the best lfs I've been to. People there are very knowledgable.(think I spelled it right). If you don't mind a drive hidden reef in Portsmouth NH as an incredable coral selection. Althought last time I was there they just moved and the tanks were just being put up.

deep sea creations has the best prices in the state other than that I recomend golden lamb in gardnier and atlantis in south portland

I agree I do most of my shopping from Aquatic Concepts. Long drive but always worth it. Really appreciate the fact that i can get all the info on my corals and fish and they guarantee them and quarantine(sorry for spelling)them. deep sea creations i wasn't thrilled about buying a fish that evidently came in that morning. Atlantis isn't bad but watch the mood swings. Little shop of pets will be missed a lot. Becky's was really good but no longer there.

aquatic concepts does do well with keeping all fish in qt for a week but you DO PAY for it they got me about 3 years ago when I didnt know any better most maine pet stores will give you a warrenty if you ask about it befor you buy anything sad to say but true thats why I cant think of a store that lists their prices
