Coral skeleton disappearing!!! Need advice.

I have several sps corals that seem to be dissolving away. Im going through some issues due to my recent change to BB but I do not understand what would cause the corals to do this.

Does anyone have any advice. I tried to take a pic but it did not come out well. I dropped my camera and now it doesnt focus like it is supposed to.
