Coral Spawning

Maybe I'm way off but it seems like my torch coral is spawning. There are very small white balls that resemble eggs coming out from the center. I've read that's it's possible but I only put the torch in my tank a week ago. Anyone else know of corals spawning in their tank? I've got a picture but it's not good quality.
