Any of you guys have experience with this hang on metal halide. Good or bad buy?

I have one. I've had it for close to a year and i LOVE it.

You do any sps corals with it?

No, but not because of the light. I have a problem with macro algea in my tank. i've tried them they do well but then get surfercated by the macro algea. Havn't found a fix for my Algae problem yet.
