I bought the digital one, and I can't set up the timer the way I want.

Am following the directions as well.

i thought they were a P.O.S. Just my opinion but it died and was replaced by the manufacturer 3 times before i just got my money back. all in less than 60 days

I have used two of the ones with the dial for about 4 years now. never had a problem.

I finally found their website, and it says that it takes a day for the system to start on the cycle yous et it for.

They're crap.

You couldn't pay me to use one. Lots of threads on here about them starting fires.

I have the digital one, I thought when I bought it there was more than one timer on it but its not. Just plugged in yellow lights ,come on. Pluged in blue, goes off when lights come on. It sucks for the price take it back and get a Dj strip and use individual timers. and the stories of fire scared me a little too.

there was a thread awhile back about some outdoor timers at home depot for about 30$. i bought 2, 1 for daylight and 1 for actinic. they work great. ill get the brand name later as i am leaving.

I use outdoor timers. 2 separate ones.

I heard these catch on fire too and short out.

thats a good one for a great price ,,, it is a great timer ,,NEVER a problem one with it , only draw back is it only has 2 outlets. used two of them for my T-5, MH , moon lights on my old tank . worked like a champ for me .....
