I have used it before when it was on sale. Didn't notice any difference from instant ocean.
Some people will swear by one brand of salt over another, but I have never really noticed a difference.

i've been using it for months and haven't found anything really wrong with it. it's cheap comparatively and it comes with a higher ph (less buffer used)

however, IMO, if i have money, i'd definitely go for Tropic Marin
