yeah i wrote the company just curious on what they say im sorry but i feel i work hard for my money and to constantly have something fail then to have to drive to exchange once isnt a problem but twice for the same thing i will post it on here when they write me back how they handle it.

I have heard of people having poblems. Which is very strange to me since I have had mine for about 3yrs without a problem. My friend also still has his which he bought a few weeks before me. But I only use mine to control lights. If you use it to turn things on and off all the time it may be a different story.

The problem that came up for my timers was the dial part..some how it stopped turning the lights on or just left the lights on after the timer should of kicked it off. I had that timer for atleast a year before i upgraded to a bigger tank and in the move maybe something happened?
The actinics dont shut off at the time set on the timer and the halides dont come as set to turn on i dont fiddle with it i pretty much set it and forget it but when i walked out into the dinning room to my actinics on at 3 in the morning when they were suppose to be off at 12 then on my day off i noticed the halides didnt come on this is just the second time this has happen maybe i need some of the ol school timers.
