What does this mean? I have tons of it purple pink and blue and when night lights are on some of it is hot pink kinda cool. Is this good to have? Also it's a pia because of the constant scraping.

Agreed... this stuff completely covers all sides of my display incuding the bottom, except the front panel... annoying, but it means a system is healthy imo...
