I was wonderin if this is coralline algae starting to grow. They seem like solid structures that pretrude outward. My tank is amost 4 months old and im on the hair algae stage of the algae cycle.

Are you talking about the white spots?
If so those look like Spirorbid worms.. (harmless/filter feeders)

Green circles are coralline. The rest is normal film algae, and like mcgyvr said, probably spirorbid worms.

They will still live.. but who cares.. Your tank can/will have millions of them all over everything..
They will cover pumps/walls/rocks,etc...
