Coralline color

Ok, So I got coralline growing everywhere but just the last week it has exploded on the back side but it's green. There are a few pink spots in the same are.
The plexiglass side its on is where my circulation pumps are and they are caked with the pink and no green.
I thought it might be algae but the texture and growth pattern resembles the pink. Also it won't come off with mag float but can be scrapped off.
Tank will be 1 year in April.

Mg 1300
Po4 .25 this jumped from .02-.04 last reading on 12/19

Coralline algae does come in a variety of colors, so what your experiencing sounds normal to me. Why it's green instead of pink I have no idea. It could have something to do with the lighting, maybe an abundance of one element in the water right now as opposed to another etc.

Enjoy Mother Natures color show while it lasts. Eventually it will all be purple.

Yep, I have green in my tank as well. Nothing to be worried about.
