depending on the amount of rock you have that has coralline on it, lighting, flow, and temp. keep calcium level around 430-450 ppm. Alkalinity, around 4 MEQ.L, or 11-14 dKH. Magnesium, around 1330-1350 mg/L. 14 hrs. per day lighting. temperature, around 84*F. your flow should be fine with the 660 and 350 Penguin, just remove the bio-wheel (they are nitrate producers/despensers). aim the 660 on the largest part of coralline you have, to seed the tank. in about 3 months you should see coralline spreading on the glass and everything else.
