I started a frag tank and have dipped all of my incoming corals and noticed last night feeding I have very small red flatworms all over the rack. It is like over night they exploded. I am worried now their could be more pest in there. I think I need to find a new product to use. So glad I built thus quaratine frag tank

Short answer to your question is "no." Revive, CoralRX, and every other dip I've ever heard of will not eradicate red flatworms. I would use caution dipping your corals a second time as dipping always stresses your corals to some degree. One dip is great to remove the hitchikers that can be removed. A second dip isn't going to provide you with any benefit toward eradicating red flatworms. You likely got everything off that you could with the first dip.

There are several types of wrasses that will eat red flatworms. I have always kept wrasses to prevent a red flatworm outbreak. To date, I have never had an issue. Whether that is because of the wrasses or just dumb luck is anyone's guess.

You will cause more problems than you solve treating those flatworms. They are harmless and common. If your tank is balanced then they will never become a problem.

I got a Melanurus wrasse to get rid of the planaria in my tank and it took him about 3 weeks or so to get it done.

The answer is 'no'. CoralRX doesn't kill the most common and annoying creatures - flatworm (AEFW especially) and Red Bugs. You can use Interceptor against RB but if you get AEFW - you are in trouble! Some of them had proven to survive thermonuclear explosion.
