What is that all you know that would make soft corals look like it is closing up on itself.
The Xenia and Toadstool doing well then the toadstool and Xenia shrink up what can be some things to look for that happens to do this?
The Toadstool looks like it coming back by the Xenia dying.
Water is all to the numbers: ph,kh,salt, nitrates

Soft corals regularly expand and contract, sometimes more than once a day. As long as they fully inflate and extend every day or two, they are probably just doing their thing. If you have Pulsing Xenia, they are notoriously temperamental: just enough flow, just enough light, and *pristine* water quality. Be very careful not to make rapid changes in temperature and specific gravity, keep your quality high (I now give my softies a 10% water change twice a week and they are very happy!) and they should get happy for you.

if the xenia and the toad stool are to close that could explain the xenia dying since the toad stool is toxic it will kill near by corals if they come in contact and the more delicate xenia will lose trust me i speak from experience!!
