i am cutting down on how many tanks i have, i mean come on, i have 3 reefs(23, 18, 40gallons) a freshwater (23gallons) a tank i am curing live rock in (8gallons) and a crab tank (5 gallons)

i am cutting back to 2 reefs (23 and 40) and a smaller freshwater (18 gallons)

so i have stuff for sale at the next meeting. i will also take trades for corals, the main corals on my wish list are

open brain
pagoda
green slimer
frog spawn
hammer
torch
digitata

but i am not limiting trades to just those, as in if you have a coral for trade just tell me what it is

okay first off the 12 gallon nanocube

i got it used, the in back filter had been modified by its previous owner and it gave me trouble as the water level in the back would get low w/out me knowing and the heater in the back cracked so i removed it and used HOB filters. there is a scratch in one corner but otherwise its in great shape.
the light my brother got online, the bulbs are new, he used it on this nanocube untill he gave it back to me as everything died when the power went out. well i plugged it in and only one light came on so i tried to fix it and the next thing i know there is fowl smelling smoke comming from the ballast box. the light no longer works and i am not sure if it can be fixed....
any way the tank, ballest and light are $40

next is a light
its a corallife mini compact florecent light i got for $30 BUT the dang thing overheats and needs to be run with a fan, the bulbs are 3 months old but likley damaged from when it overheated as the blue bulb is gray at one end.

i'm selling this light for $10 since it overheats and the bulbs are probably no good....

rock 3 is $8 as its a bit bigger and has 2 small red shrooms on it

and lastly the corals and fish

each item is circled in a color, umm....i will give you the descriptions and prices in a comment so i can LOOK at the picture and see what colors were used....

okay

PINK- coral skeleton with calyrpa on it and 7 brown zoas with magenta centers, pink was rbighter when pruchased and also showed blue ring, color has faded under my poor lighting (small pink circle shows were zoas are)
$3

YELLOW- green palythoas, color lost due to bad light so they are rather brown
$2

PURPLE- 3 green hairy shrooms on a rock (once again color is brown because the lights on the tank they were in are over a year old)
$5

DARK GREEN- 2 green hairy shrooms found in a dark corner of the tank, have been recovering nicely but are still very pale
$1

BRIGHT GREEN- 2 green hairy shrooms on small rock, also found in a shadow but are almost fully colored now $3

BLACK- Pavona SPS of some sort, brown with neon blue/teal highlights, neat nodulating coral that is easy to care for (is the only SPS that actually thrives in my tanks)
$5

ORANGE- 10 polyps of light blue zoas with green skirts
$6

LIGHT BLUE- rock with 3 brownish shrooms and one teal shroom
$5

RED-one big red shroom on a coral skeleton
$5

DARK BLUE- blue damsel to be re-homed as a PET! don't feed him to anybody!!!

1 blue/purple striped shroom on small rock
$6

I would like the red shroom, and the blue/ purple striped shroom and the rocks (all three) as well if its still avail - say an even 30? ;)

If you would like to trade, I have some Colt coral, torch coral, pink pumping xenias, and green striped mushrooms. You can PM to to work out any arrangements you like so as not to take up the thread anymore than I have already.

If they are taken, I would like to have them.

DARK BLUE- blue damsel to be re-homed as a PET! don't feed him to anybody!!!
$1

DARK GREEN- 2 green hairy shrooms found in a dark corner of the tank, have been recovering nicely but are still very pale
$1

BRIGHT GREEN- 2 green hairy shrooms on small rock, also found in a shadow but are almost fully colored now $3

Thanks.

John

reefuge, bright green is taken, but PURPLE is just as great of a deal, these shrooms are just brown from poor light and will color up quickly under proper lights.

still for grabs
LIGHT BLUE- rock with 3 brownish shrooms and one teal shroom
$5

YELLOW- green palythoas, color lost due to bad light so they are rather brown
$2

and i may be able to wiggle lose a red shroom

the tank and lights are still avail too

the tank and light and ballast are now $25, the mini light is now $5

i also have some free corals up for grabs, its a group of about 3 mushrooms, some green palys and some zoas that basically are all pale and look bad as i just found them in a shadowed area of the tank, they are free to whoever wants them.

If they are avail, I would like the extra shrooms and zoas with the purchased ones I am picking up this Friday.

YAY! i finally get to have a bigger tank! my bro is gonna be taking the "addition" as we call it which is an add-on to thehouse that my tanks are in,, so i need to move them back into the main house and my mother has FINALLY decided to let me have one big tank rather than a bunch of little ones (for some reason she dislikes bug tanks)

any way the tank i found is a 70 gallon tank that comes with live rock and crushed coral substrate, the rocks are covered in the same macro algae as the ones i sold here and i don't want them and i plan to use sand not crushed coral so i will be selling that too. i am not sure how bug the rocks are or how much to sell them for and i won;t know untill tommorow night. i just wanted to give ya all a heads up that i may have more for sale
